Views-to-earnings formula
A simple view-based estimate is earnings = qualified views ÷ 1,000 × assumed revenue per thousand views (RPM). If 100,000 eligible views are entered with a hypothetical $0.80 RPM, the arithmetic is 100 × $0.80 = $80. The RPM is an example input, not a TikTok rate or promise.
Use qualified views and a realistic period
Total views are not always the same as views counted by a specific monetization program. Use the eligible-view figure shown in your creator analytics when available, and match views and RPM to the same period and currency. A lifetime-view total cannot be combined with a monthly RPM to estimate monthly income.
Separate monetization sources
View-based rewards, LIVE gifts, subscriptions, commerce commissions and sponsorship fees follow different rules. Do not combine them into one RPM unless your input represents all of those sources consistently. For a campaign, sponsorship revenue depends on the contract and deliverables, not just views.
Why creator income varies
Eligibility, location, program terms, content qualification, audience, advertiser demand, season and platform policy can all affect actual revenue. Programs and terms can change. Check the current TikTok creator dashboard and official program terms for your account; a public calculator cannot see your eligibility or payout statement.
Use the estimate responsibly
- Enter eligible views for the period you want to estimate.
- Choose an RPM based on your own comparable payout data where possible; label any scenario value as hypothetical.
- Run low, middle and high scenarios, then compare the estimate with actual analytics and payout records.
The calculator is a planning model, not financial guidance and not an official TikTok earnings quote.
