Attendance (%) = classes attended ÷ classes held × 100. Classes to attend = ceil((target × classes held − classes attended × 100) ÷ (100 − target)).

Assumes every future class is attended and classes have equal weight. School policies may count sessions, hours, excused absences or rounding differently; check your institution’s rules.
