How to merge PDF files on your phone

All tools: PDF Tools

Combine documents in the right order from a mobile browser, without uploading the PDFs to Toolnoza.

Prepare the documents

Download your PDFs to a folder you can find in your phone’s file picker. If a document is only available as a photo, convert it with Images to PDF first. A filename ending in .pdf does not make an image into a PDF.

Toolnoza accepts up to 20 files, 30 MB per file and 80 MB total. The merged output is limited to 500 pages. Password-protected or damaged documents may fail.

Merge in the order you want

  1. Open Merge PDF in your phone browser and select at least two documents.
  2. Use Add PDF files again if you need to append another document.
  3. Use Up and Down beside each file to set the order. Remove any unwanted file.
  4. Press Merge PDFs, then Download PDF. Locate the file in Downloads or your browser’s download list.

The top file appears first. All its pages are followed by the pages of the next file. For a report and appendix, put the report above the appendix.

Check the result

Open the downloaded PDF and check its page count and transitions between documents. If individual pages need moving, use Reorder PDF Pages after merging.

On some phones the browser opens the result in a preview instead of saving it immediately. Use the preview’s save or share option to store the PDF. Keep the page open until the file is saved.

Privacy and document features

The merger reads files in the browser. Toolnoza does not receive the PDF contents. This does not replace checking the security of your device.

Copying pages may not preserve interactive form behavior, bookmarks or document-level signatures. For signed contracts, keep the original signed files and do not assume a merged copy preserves signature validity.
