Example
A 10 × 2 m wall minus 2 m² of openings is 18 m². With 40 × 20 cm nominal blocks and 5% waste: 237 blocks.
Limitations
Count = ceil(net wall area / nominal face area × (1 + waste / 100)). An area estimate, not a course layout or structural design. Corner blocks, lintels, mortar, grout, reinforcement and labor are excluded.
